Terms of service

These terms cover your use of thelabelgoat.com and any order you place with Label Goat. Placing an order means you accept them.

Your artwork

You keep ownership of the artwork you send us. You give us permission to use it to produce your order. You confirm that you have the right to print it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark. We may refuse an order we believe you do not have the right to print.

Proofs and approval

We send an online proof before we print. You are responsible for checking it. Once you approve a proof, that file is what we run. Errors in an approved proof are not covered by our guarantee.

Artwork we do not print

We decline artwork that is illegal, that imitates another company, or that we judge to be hateful or deceptive. We will refund an order we decline.

Prices

Prices on the site are current and can change without notice. The price you see when you add to cart is the price you pay for that order.

Regulated products

Some labels carry legal requirements, including cannabis, food, supplement, battery and hazard labels. You are responsible for the content of your label meeting the rules in your state or industry. We print what you approve. We do not provide compliance advice.

Stock levels

If we cannot fill an order we will contact you and refund it.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, recalls, or other indirect costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
