Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no weight tiers, no surcharge at checkout.

Production time

Most orders print in 4 business days. The clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order. If we are waiting on artwork or approval, production has not started yet.

Transit time

Ground shipping inside the continental United States usually takes 1 to 5 business days after your order ships. You get tracking by email as soon as it leaves us.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For anywhere else, email hello@thelabelgoat.com first.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address before you approve your proof. We cannot reroute a package once it ships. If an order comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reship it once you confirm a corrected address.

Damaged in transit

Email hello@thelabelgoat.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no charge.
